We have an excellent role working for a leading organisation based in Peterborough.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing a team in a controlled warehouse environment ensuring smooth operations and a well functioning and productive team. Providing an excellent service to all stakeholders you will ensure the highest tstandards of quality are maintained as well as ensuring compliance to industry regulations and health and safety.
As an accomplished administrator you will also complerte various related admin tasks, collating information and producing reports. With Continuous improvement always in consideration you will make and implement recommendations to improve outcomes for the business.
Who we are looking for- Previous experience as a team leader
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally inquisitive and analytical
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment
