We have a great new opportunity for a talented team Leader to join our client at their facility in Peterborough.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team in the production department. Your role will involve overseeing production lines, managing team members, and ensuring smooth operations.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and motivate a team in the production department
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently
- Monitor and improve production processes
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain a safe working environment
Who we are looking for:
- Strong team-leading and team management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in production and production line management is desirable
- Good administration skills
