As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to increase sales, and achieving revenue targets.  You will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Head, the role offers the opportunity for growth and development.



What you will be doing:




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Analyse sales data and trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
