Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives success ?
We are thrilled to be working with our client offering an exciting opportunity for a Section Leader to join their dynamic team.
Operating on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 07:00-19:00, this role promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
As the Section Leader, you'll be at the forefront of operations, ensuring that our client meets and exceeds all operational targets without compromise.
Your focus will be on managing your team, maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service, Quality, Legality and Health & Safety.
You will deal with the day to day operational tasks that come with managing a team, ensuring the smooth running of your section.
Who we are looking for:- Previous team leading or supervisory experience
- Natural leadeship capability
- A can-do attitude paired with self-motivation and flexibility.
- Experience thriving in an environment driven by challenging KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with drivers, managers, and staff.
- A hands-on approach, demonstrating leadership through action.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness in handling diverse paperwork.
- Strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
