- Description
- We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client's friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to take accountabillty, as well as excellent communication skills.
What you will be doing:
- Answer incoming calls and correspondence and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, forms, and applications accurately
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
