Are you a detail-oriented financial wizard with a passion for numbers?

We are on the lookout for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our successful client.



As the very first employee of the company, the Finance Officer will be an integral part of the continued growth and laying the foundations for a promising young business.  Ideally AAT qualiied, you will have experience of working within a practice environment 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and maintain our clients' financial records using top-notch accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.


• Process accounts payable and receivable from start to finish, ensuring everything is in perfect order.


• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets, and assist in preparing management accounts.


• Monitor cash flow and prepare insightful forecasts to keep our finances on track.


•  Assist in creating budgets and financial statements while ensuring VAT preparation is smooth sailing.


• Be the go-to person for answering client queries, providing top-tier support when needed.

Who we are looking for:

• Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and a flair for technology.


• Familiarity with eCommerce systems like Shopify, GoCardless, Stripe, and PayPal is a big plus!


• A solid understanding of bookkeeping processes and VAT regulations.


• An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.


• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and clients.


• Fully AAT qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year in an accountancy practice.
