Despatch Coordinator - Night Shift

As a Warehouse Supervisor working Nights, you will be the key player in ensuring our Clients' warehouse operations flow seamlessly from evening until dawn.

You'll take charge of coordinating the dispatch of goods, managing a dedicated night team, and making sure deliveries happen on time, every time.

Your role will involve working closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure everything is in sync.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shipments and deliveries, as well as dealing with any issues or delays that may pop up during the night. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions will be invaluable.

We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, is highly organised, and has previous experience within Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain with a current Forklift PPT License.

You should be comfortable working independently and taking charge during the night shift.

Familiarity with dispatch or inventory management software is a big plus.
