As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team and managing the day-to-day processes of sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Reviewing applications, coordinating registrations, interviews, managing diaries, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all parties
- Arranging interviews with clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Preparing and posting job advertisements across various platforms
- Ensuring all candidate data is up to date and accurately recorded in our recruitment system
- Managing the onboarding process and providing support to new hires
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and reports as needed
- Creating and posting content for social media
- Updating content on company website
- Generating sales leads for Recruitment team
- Updating registered candidates throughout recruitment process
- Building, updating and maintaining an accurate database ensuring the integrity of the data
- Researching potential clients in the area
You will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Our ideal character:
- Previous experience in agency recruitment (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent business/commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus but not required
