We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Coordinator to join our client's team working the night shift at one of the most advanced production facilities in the UK.



In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations across the factory, primarily focusing on finished goods.



You will provide support to Shift Leaders in delivering daily production targets, while upholding our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This hands-on position will see you effectively coordinating your team, ensuring everyone is trained and ready to go, and that production runs smoothly and without waste.



Your role will be dynamic, as you’ll also be called upon to step in and support other areas when necessary, including covering for the Area Leader during absences.

As a Production Coordinator, you’ll need to be a confident communicator who can think on their feet and work closely with various departments to achieve your set goals.

You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, safety practices, and maintaining high standards in every aspect of the production process.

Alongside this, you will contribute to training and development, helping your colleagues thrive in their roles.

Our client are offering a permanent position with an hourly rate of £15.50 

The shifts operate on a 5 of 7 pattern, from 20:00 to 04:00
