We have a great new opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Client as a Technical Customer Service Executive at a leading company.

What You’ll Be Doing:- You’ll be the go-to expert for customers, offering advice and guidance on our innovative products.
- Whether it’s helping them choose the right solution or troubleshooting technical issues, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
- You’ll use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to product application, ensuring our customers get the best results every time.
- Your ability to connect with people will help you build strong, lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they keep coming back for more.
- You’ll keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product innovations, sharing your knowledge with the team and helping us stay at the forefront of the market.
Who We’re Looking For:- You will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally with a technical focus.
- Familiarity with design software and an understanding of product application processes will set you up for success in this role.
- You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex design information in a clear and concise way.
- We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping customers and can deliver outstanding service every time.
